9 a.m. – Registration opens, continental breakfast and exhibits

10 a.m. – Opening remarks and Welcome

• Speaker: OSUMI Yo, Consul General of Japan in San Francisco
• Presentation: Orinda/Tábor Sister Cities – Visiting Students Program
• Entertainment: Yukiko Matsuyama, master koto artist
• Luncheon
• Sister Cities Exhibits: Learn about the successful programs and activities happening in other Northern California member cities’ programs
• Member Resources: Learn about the benefits of SCI membership, from global networking to governance and policy services, discounted affinity benefits to toolkits and templates
• Networking opportunities as well as other youth program presentations.

3 p.m. – Conference program concludes

3-4 p.m. – Northern California Chapter Sister Cities International quarterly board meeting, annual business meeting and elections.
