Representatives from jurisdictions that are Sister Cities International members shall be elected by the existing board at the Sister Cities International Northern California Chapter’s annual business meeting following the yearly NorCal Conference. Representatives must be present at the meeting to be elected unless excused by the President due to extenuating circumstances. Board members serve in a voluntary capacity and serve a three year term.
