Youth Sailing Exchange with Sausalito Yacht Club and Clube Naval of Cascais
Established in 2015 between Cascais, Portugal and Sausalito, California, The Youth Sailing Exchange is one of the only international sailing exchange programs in the United States. In July 2015, Sausalito hosted 6 youth sailors from Cascais and in July 2016, Cascais hosted 6 youth sailors from Sausalito.
The program continues with the Sausalito Youth Sailors going to Cascais and Clube Naval de Cascais in July 2026.
